to thank you for your help in the successful search for my perfect wedding
dress and for being so accommodating in your appointment times and advice.
With it being the most special date in a girl’s life, it was important for
me to feel comfortable entrusting the finer admin details of ordering
and delivery of the most vital piece of wedding equipment with people

Being one of the first customers
of Brides of Buckingham I would like to say how helpful they were in
helping to choose one of the most important items in a girl’s life.
I would like to give a big thank you to all who helped me in choosing
my dress.
Luckily when I went on their opening day I was the only one in the shop
so had five members of staff to help me. One thing I will always remember
is when I put my dress on and realised it was the one, not only was I in
tears but most of the other ladies were too.
After having visited other bridal shops I found that all the staff at
Brides of Buckingham were more friendly and helpful. Whenever I spoke to
someone on the phone they were always polite and always took and interest
in my wedding plans.
I would also like to thank
the lady who did the alterations. When paying so much for a dress I was
panicking that the dress wouldn’t turn
out right but she did a wonderful job and it turned out perfect, just like
my wedding day…

Hello,
I would just like to say thank you
for all the help I received from all your staff when picking my dress. The assistant picked 2 dresses of similar
design and said ‘just try these’. They were one’s I would never have
picked myself and to my surprise I did pick one of the 2. It made the choice so much easier as
there was a lot to choose from.
The dress was perfect, and I would
like to say that is travelled all the way to
Scotland
and
when I got there it was hung in the bag for a week. I
did not need to Iron it at all.
Once again I can not thank you enough
for helping me with choosing the dress, adjusting it (not that a lot
was needed) it fitted perfectly and made me feel really special as
a Bride should on her day. I
would certainly recommend that if any one is getting a wedding dress,
bridesmaid or a ball gown to go to Brides of Buckingham.

Dear Caroline (and the rest of the team!)
A very big thank you for your time, care and attention
in the process of choosing and fitting my wedding dress! I absolutely
adored my dress and I felt fantastic on the day -I had so many compliments
on how pretty my dress was and how it suited me.
I really feel that you helped me choose a dress
that reflected my personality and the style of the wedding that I
wanted.
Somehow you managed to help me combine all the
elements that I wanted: wonderful fit, organza crystals...and a beautiful
train and lacing which made the fit feel fantastic!
Very sadly the photographs were very dark, which
wasn't surprising considering the dreadful weather that arrived promptly
at 2pm on 22nd July! Consequently, I don't have a particularly good
photo of me in the dress to send to you, but I have enclosed some
taken by a friend which aren't too bad. Sadly Ross (my husband) doesn't
look very happy in them but be assured that we were both very happy.
Despite the weather we had an absolute ball! The friend who took
the enclosed photos has put his photos on the web if you would like

hope that business is booming and you are busy. Once again - Thank
you so much for being so lovely to me throughout and for all your
patience and thoughtfulness when I was trying on dresses. For Caroline's

Dear Brides of Buckingham
Just a note to thank you for making bridal shopping
such a pleasure - the whole experience was something that Katie her
father and I will always remember - you made her feel very special
and your professionalism mixed with enthusiasm and kindness was much
appreciated. Thank goodness for a wedding shop that will see you
without aways having to make an appointment and with enough room
in it to see how the dress falls when walking down the aisle. You
are without doubt the most friendly and welcoming wedding boutique
that we have ever visited and we will recommend you to our friend's.

We are finally
starting to get our feet back on the ground after the wedding
and honeymoon and just wanted to drop you all an email.
Thank you so much
for helping me to choose the perfect wedding dress. I received so many
lovely comments on my wedding day that I looked stunning and
Robin even told me that his knees wobbled when he saw me walk
down the aisle. Everyone told me that my dress looked like
it could have been made for me. It was perfect in every
way. Thanks for being so patient with me and giving me
all the time that I needed to make the right decision. And
thank you for helping me find the most gorgeous accessories too. It
was a pleasure to visit your shop every time and I wish you both
and the shop all the success that you thoroughly deserve.
We are
still trying to find you a photograph of my dress which truly
shows it off to its potential. As
soon as we have it I will drop it over to you.
